🐾 Pet Health & Behavior
- All pets must be up to date on required vaccinations (including rabies) prior to grooming.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities your pet may have.
- We do not accept pets with fleas. If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks, a bath with flea &tick shampoo will be administered at the owner's expense.
- For the safety of your pet and our team, aggressive or severely anxious pets may be refused service or required to reschedule with a veterinarian’s approval.
✂️ Matted Coats & De-Matting Policy
- Pets with matted coats are at greater risk of clipper burn, cuts, or stress during grooming. We will do our best to remove mats safely and comfortably, but in some cases, shaving may be the only humane option.
- Beowoof Provisions for Pets is not liable for any underlying skin issues revealed during the grooming process.
💲 Pricing & Additional Charges
- Final pricing is determined by your pet’s size, coat condition, temperament, and service time.
- Doodle breeds may incur an additional fee due to coat type and grooming time.
- Excessive matting, de-skunking, or special handling may result in additional charges.
- All fees are due at the time of service.
📆 Cancellations & No-Shows
- We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a $50 fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.
🛁 Sanitation & Safety
- We use clean, sanitized tools and grooming stations for every pet.
- Pets must be leashed or in a carrier when entering and exiting the store.
- We reserve the right to end a grooming session at any time if a pet’s behavior poses a safety concern.
🏥 Emergencies & Veterinary Care
- In the event of a medical emergency, Beowoof Provisions for Pets will make every reasonable effort to contact you or your listed emergency contact immediately.
- If we are unable to reach you, you authorize Beowoof Provisions for Pets to seek prompt veterinary care for your pet at the veterinarian of our choosing or your designated clinic.
- You understand that any veterinary services rendered will be at your expense, unless the issue is the result of proven negligence while your pet was in our care.
- This authorization is given to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet and will be exercised with care and discretion.
📸 Photo Release
- We occasionally take before-and-after grooming photos for marketing or social media. By booking an appointment, you agree to allow Beowoof Provisions for Pets to use photos of your pet unless you tell us otherwise.
📝 Release of Liability
- While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, grooming may involve inherent risks including minor cuts, skin irritation, or stress. By using our services, you agree not to hold Beowoof Provisions for Pets, its staff, or affiliates liable for any injury, illness, or condition that may arise during or after grooming.
