Online and In-Store Returns
We guarantee that all of the products sold at Beowoof Provisions for Pets meet our high standards. Please select food, treats and toys that are age-appropriate (puppy or kitten vs. adult dog or cat), and be sure that pets are supervised while eating treats and playing with toys. Toys should be enjoyed as they were intended to be used. If a purchased item is defective or cannot be utilized as advertised, we want to be notified so we can address the issue and remedy the problem. We work closely with our wholesale partners, and we expect them to stand behind all of their products.
We offer a 14 day return-or-exchange policy on products purchased from Beowoof. Products that are in “as-new” condition may be either exchanged or returned with “proof of purchase” for store credit. Items and packaging must be in perfect condition and suitable to be sold to another customer. All tags must be attached, and items must be clean with no sign of wear. Store personnel will inspect all returns and determine if the item can be accepted as a return. We do not accept return of items that were purchased at other retailers. Items purchased on Sale and “gift-with-purchase” items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
In-Store Returns: Please bring returns directly to the store.
Online Returns: Online purchases can be returned following the same guidelines as in-store returns for identification and tracking. Returns from online orders can be returned to Beowoof Provisions for Pets or mailed to our store. Shipping fees on returns are non-refundable. Credits for the receipt value of the returned item will be refunded to the original purchaser in the form of a store credit or applied as store credit under the name of the gift recipient. Store Credit will be issued as soon as the returned item has been received and inspected.

Defective Items - All Beowoof Provisions for Pets items are guaranteed by our suppliers to be in perfect working condition when new. If an item is defective, or does not work “as advertised”, we will take it back for a store credit or exchange, per our Return Policy guidelines. We may also work with our wholesale suppliers to replace defective items. If a sale item is defective, see store manager for remedy.
Replacement Parts – Some manufacturers require consumers to contact them directly to get replacement parts and they do not permit the retailer to replace the entire item. For these items, we regret that we cannot take back returns. We will always help customers to get a resolve from our manufacturers. Return limitations are usually, but not always, stated on packaging.
Warranties - Please communicate directly with the manufacturer to take advantage of warranties.
